Shop included with House

I came across a SFH that fits my metrics as far as buy and hold. The shop that is on the property is at least a 20x50 shop (this is a BIG shop) and the roof has shingles and wood siding. It appears to be in good shape, but my concern is will this be a maintenance issue/concern later down the road?

Adam Mittermeier - Why don’t you rent the shop to a contractor for tools, trucks? Require insurance.

My friend rents his garages separate from his houses and most of the time his tenants don’t want the garage at $100+/mo so he gets car enthusiasts and contractors in there.
