I have a potential deal for 6 Unit Building and NEED HELP!
I have a 6 unit turn-key apartment building that I am looking to get under contract this week. I have set up a time to view the property for an inspection and make a cash-offer. How should I inspect this property? Do I need to look inside each unit? I am worried about not being able to calculate the repairs needed on the property if I don't view every unit.
