My family is moving to Columbus, GA, within the next 6 months. I have intention to "house hack" a 2-4 unit property, which we will then hold as a rental property. 

Please share with me the best property managers and/or realtor references in the Columbus, GA, Phenix City, AL, area. Thanks in advance.
