New Investor here, Question: Wholesaling, Assigning, Double Closing, LLC Assignment in Southern California in Summer of 2018. How is the market? Is it still being done by direct mail, bandit signs, cold calling to get the phone ringing with possible seals? Are cash buyers even interested in the Southern California Market?
