Hey group, This is my first post asking a general question, so bear with me as I voice text this :-) We are investors in Hawaii, Colorado and now Florida. We are investing in Bay and Walton County Florida. My question is is it wise to keep the HELOC at prime plus .5 a point on initial down payment, and renovation costs estimated to be around $35,000?💰💰💰💰 and slowly make money over time. 100 months of $350 from profits to take 8 years to break even. Or to pay it off with my own funds to make the money faster?
