How to multiply the portfolio?

Currently have 6 properties, 11 units in 2 years of investing.

Want to grow to 75 units in the next few years and over 5000 in 10years, seek advice on what I should be doing today to see the dream become reality?

Any tips or focus points for the next 2-5 years would be helpful!

Thank you!

Shawn

@Shawn Ginder Congrats on getting 11 units in 2 years! In order to achieve your goal of 75 units in the next few years or beyond this goal, you should start looking into buying larger properties. You can do it on your own, with partners or if you want to include passive investors then via syndications. If you want to read up on it I'd recommend starting with the two of David Lindahl books and Gino Barbaro's book.

Best!
