Hey I am looking for other investors doing any business in Carthage North Carolina. I am wondering if it is a good area to buy and if so what strategy would work best?

I work in moore county. Just wholesaled a house in Carthage. I dont do much up that way, it's different than southern pines or pinehurst for sure. Let's set up a call and I can connect you with a flipper up that way
