Questions to ask experienced investor over coffee?

Hey Guys, setting up a coffee meeting with a local experienced investor to pick his brain. I have a some of my own questions, but wanted to see if you all had some ideas. I am thinking questions that got you a great response, or if you were the experienced investor that was asked to meet if there were any great questions you were asked by a newbie. Thanks!

asking questions for the sake of it isn't helpful.

Find someone who is doing exactly what you want to do, then ask how to overcome the specific obstacles you're facing.

what is your motive for the meet? get general blanket investing information? Is this someone you can help? can use this time to showcase your talents? (like Josh mentioned). Are you trying to find answers to actual problems you're trying to solve or is this just a general meet and greet? If you're just going to make friends, don't put so much pressure on the meeting to make it productive, just create rapport.

if you do want it to be productive, then specificity and creating a list of actual problems you need help solving is the approach I would take.
