SF Investors, Contract Help Please!
Hey Guys, Happy Friday. Ive been signed up for a while but finally taking action after becoming a father. I have a question for Investors in Florida primarily since thats where i am myself. I have taken some course such i.e. Sean Terry's and some others. I managed to speak with a home owner the other day who needs to sell due to health reasons.
