I'm a wholesaler moving to Norfolk from Pensacola, FL. I am looking to connect with investors/rehabbers/landlords in the area! What areas do you like to invest in? What kinds of properties fit your criteria? From the research I have done, the hottest areas are 23451, 23434, 23455, & 23462 - does that check out with what's going on in the market?
