Out of state Owner Financing - Santa Fe
Does anyone have experience doing owner financing deals out of state? If so, how difficult is it to manage?
I’m looking at doing an owner financing deal in Santa Fe but I live in NC. I’m on the fence about trying to do this myself or looking for a local investor to partner with who is more familiar with the area and can act quickly. Any help would be great. Thanks!
