Create a deal or leave?
Can you create a good deal from dead leads? If so, how? Let's say you have a solution you think would be a good exit strategy between you and the seller. The problem is every good exit strategy for you is the complete opposite of what the seller wants. Do you try the create another exit strategy or walk away?
