Commercial Land Purchase in Los Angeles

Hi BP!

Just throwing this out there to see what kind of responses I can get. I have access to theMLS so I do not need to be forwarded listings from there, but we are looking for a 15,000 square foot lot (minimum) zoned commercial in Los Angeles for a client to expand his business on. Hope to see what any wholesalers or land sellers have off market at the moment. Land will be used mostly to store materials/automobiles, but he would like the option of also setting up a new office on the location, so if there is a small building in place, that may be preferred.

Have a good weekend everyone!
