Selling flips as rental properties?

Opportunities, problems and challenges, selling flips as rental properties? I could see where a lot of tenants would not want people touring their units, might leave the place messy cluttered and so forth. And are you going to attract lower quality tenants telling them you intend to sell the property while they are renting. Another issue, are buy and hold investors really going to pay enough to make a flip profitable?
