Audantic, Chris Richter and Consumer Data?

Good Morning All,

I wanted to find out if anyone has paid for and used Audantic?

Has anyone worked with Chris Richter?

My understanding of Audantic is they are using typical Data combined with consumer data to find MORE motivated sellers. Really interested to understand if this is possible and anyone's experience with them or trying to do this on their own?

From everything I hear its VERY hard to get consumer data and I cant make sense of how they are getting that level of info to merge with typical RE data like vacant, high equity, etc?

THANK YOU BP Community for your input!

Brian
