Can i wholesale a forclosed property,has anyone here ever wholesaled a foreclosed property, if so what was the process?

Foreclosures are not assignable so you'll have to do a double closing.  Most likely you will have to bring certified funds to the front end of the closing unless you have a very good relationship with your closing attorney or escrow agent.  If you do they may let you bring a business check
