We were mutual the night of the 8th of this month. Inspection period is 10 days. Doesn't the inspection contingency period end on the 17th of this month?

This is in Seattle, WA.

In this market, most homes get sold without contingencies during the first week on the market. How did the buyer pull off having a full 10 day inspection contingency to begin with?
