Disclosure information pre attorney review

Silly question but I must ask:

I am placing an offer on a 2 family home without seeing one of the apartments. Obviously the home inspection will leave room for negotiations (hopefully).  Besides the information from the home inspection, I would want to see the existing lease agreement, home exspenses, and any other information that would make a better budget decision.

The question:

Do I have to wait for attorney review to get that information?
