Best types of apartments?

Quality apartment income comes from quality apartment tenants who will consistently rent at market rents.  Class B apartment rentals.

This sector is not flashy like the high end, luxury apartment complexes with all the bells and whistles, but I think that if you can attract the strong employment history tenant with a good blue collar job, then you will achieve financial stability on your properties.

What are your thoughts?

I have had some good results in that sector, but mine are perhaps more in the A category. Tenants take good care of the property, tend to be stable, rent checks show up on time.
