Appraisal value concerns
😀I purchased a home on an island for 245k on FHA and with 65k Reno. Appraisal came back with $285k. It was appraised as if the Reno was done.reno includes major repairs- new kitchen, bath, fully finished basement. I have a feeling either the numbers are wrong or the home is not worth $245k. I requested from The loan officer to provide CMV of the home without Reno. Officer is kind of refusing to provide.. The home is on an islande . I am thinking of cancelling the deal.. any advise?:
