How do I make offers on bank owned properties without showing proof of funds for down payment?
I am a wholesaler and I have several properties that I would like to put under contract with deep discounts. However, in order for me to put in an offer many of the banks would like me to show proof that I have the funds to make a cash offer, What other options do I have?

You'll never be taken seriously making offers with "deep discounts" if you can't prove that you can close on the property. Find a partner who can and use their POF .
