Hi all , I have question , in Arlington Texas , how is the rental market. If I list property on Zillow rent by myself vs renting it with a rental agent. Does make a big difference ? Thanks

YES!  I'm not in Arlington, but generally speaking rentals are typically in a Slight Oversupply situation. Your specific area in Arlington may have a supply perturbation - but generally speaking slower rental market, particularly around holidays.
