Investing through a LLC

Is it worth it to create an LLC when investing in commercial property with a partner? What are the major benefits? We found a great deal and the numbers add up. Will we be able to receive better financing by going through our LLC? Enlighten me about using an LLC for our investment portfolio

If you have a partner, it is irresponsible to operate as a general partnership (the default if you are partnering and did not formally create an entity). The legal liability is not worth it.
