How to set up personal property trust - standard forms

Hi everyone,

  I am trying to learn about how to set up a personal property trust to put my properties into and am looking for some direction.  

First:  how do I set up a trust?  

Second:  do you have a standard for to use?

What is the process for when I sell the property that I have placed in a trust?

Do I still need an LLC?
