Does anyone know...

Is there a reference place / book for the rules around a Chinese National buying property, for cash, in the USA for investment?

Issues that need clarified...

Taxes - On the money coming into the USA to buy and going out of the USA in the form of rental income...

Rules on Ownership - Ohio specifically...
