Auction Cash Financing

Good Evening,

Are any of you familiar with cash purchasing guidelines for any of the popular auction sites? Specifically, on whether or not Hard Money is considered cash. I spoke with a representative at Auction.com who said it was. Looking for an investor who was successful with using hard money/private funding to purchase a property.

Thanks

Yeah, Brett has it right.

It's common.

Hit me up if you want some other details I'm leery of posting publicly. There are companies that try to intimidate you into not using lenders.
