Winter effect on DOM?

We are almost finished with the renovation of a long term investment home. We want to sell it but are pessimistic over the winter months. Wondering if it would be worth while to not list it untill spring? How much are buyers paying attention to days on market. It's in Wyoming where the winters are harsh. Should I keep pushing the contractor? Or slow it down which I figure would get cheaper?

In my market, winter is a much harder sell, with lower house prices and less inventory. No one around here likes/wants to move around the holidays. But if you're looking to sell it, it seems that you'll be absorbing holding costs to hope to get more money, and from that point of view I think you just push through, get it done and let it fall where it may. Less inventory might be in your favor, if you have the nicest thing on the market at the best price - less competition.
