Termite Damage All Over!

Hi Everyone,

I am currently in the inspection phase of purchasing a triplex and the inspector has found termite damage in the basement of the house. It looks like the previous owner has tried to treat it before but there are still traces of termites in the wood. Whats worse is this was not included in the sellers disclosure. According to the inspector there's no getting rid of termites. This is making me concerned about the structure of the house. I do like the apartments and their ability to rent but I am unsure how to proceed. Any advice on next steps as this is my first real estate purchase?
