Zestimate vs. Actual Price?

Hello, everyone!

Click here for the apartment on Zillow

An apartment in Chicago (built in 1962) was remodeled in 2016. The price of the apartment is listed as $209,900, but the Zestimate is $603,719.

That seems to be a HUGE discrepancy - $200K vs. $600K.

I'd love to hear what you guys think I'm missing, and which price you think is more accurate.

Thank you in advance for your time! :)
