Wholesaling in Southern Utah

Hi my name is Jake, I'm new to BP and I have just been reading and taking in as much info as I can and it has all been VERY informative! I'm new to the wholesaling game but am very motivated to be successful in it because I want that to lead to flipping and owning rental properties. My first question is, are there anyone in the southern Utah area that are wholesaling and doing very well for themselves down here? Also does anyone know of a title company down here who deals with double closing contracts? I'm still new to all of this so trying to explain to a title company what I'm trying to do might just not come across right, most of them say it's illegal and can't be done unless I buy the property first and then try to sell but I don't want to do that because then I'll have to get licensed and I'm not ready for that just yet, and I don't have the funds yet to do so, anyway thanks in advance and I look forward to getting some feedback!
