How do I sell a private road?

Does anyone have any thoughts as to how one goes about finding a buyer for a private road? I'm assuming I can do the basic things like list it for sale on BP or Craigslist, but wondering if there's any sort of specialty site or group that might be a better place to try. It's not a large road, and it's basically a road to an area that never was developed.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

@Tal F.

I would be careful with these as if they allow access to other lot owners and you own it and not a HOA you could be stuck with maintaining it but have no way to monetize it.
