Note Investing - Can I pay a company to modify my note?

Hey Everyone,

I'm researching Note Investing and it's becoming clear that a lot of opportunity to generate returns lies in my ability to modify or change the terms of the note I purchase.  

I realize there are legal requirements, nuances and licences that are way beyond my current skill level so my question is:  Are there companies out there I can hire who could legally modify my notes on my LLCs behalf?
