Who in Utah is doing Assignment/Wholesale Deals, and How?
I am just starting out in Real Estate Investment. I have gone to some training courses / Seminars that taught that though Assignment/Wholesale Deals are technically Illegal in Utah, the way around it is to remove line 19 from you contract and sign the contract "And/Or Assigns". Is this true? Has anyone had any issues with this Legally?
