HOW DOES ONE PAY FOR A HOUSE WITH CREDIT CARD

Hi there, l am not able to find a Title Agency that accept  credit card payment.  Any advise.

and in my opinion, generally using a cash advance on a credit card to pay for a home, is not the best way, or cheapest way, of getting financing.

if you can get a credit card, you can likely get a better loan. There are times you have to resort to cards, but generally not at first?

Those videos all explain that you use cash advances from the credit cards to build up your funds  to go buy the house. None of them suggest you can swipe your card at closing...

Like others have said, see if your credit card allows for a cash advance. I know some of mine will only allow for a percentage of the total allowed credit to be used as a cash advance. So check with your card agreement. Then take the money and get a cashiers check from the bank and buy your house.

HOW COME there are so many videos on YOUTUBE saying you can pay for a house with a credit card?  The price of this house is $16,000.00 and for that matter l believed since l have that much line of credit, it is possible to swipe my card for the purchase.

l guess not.

You can technically write a balance transfer check to cash, pay the 3% (or whatever) fee, and use the cash to buy a house.

If you're looking to pay for the entire home with a credit card, that's probably not going to happen. You're going to have to take a cash advance and deposit that money then pay for the home. I would doubt that any title company wants to be on the hook for the CC processing fees if the transaction is in the tens of thousands of dollars and more importantly, title companies like to use certified funds and CC's are not that.

One doesn't.  Title agencies require guaranteed, hard cash or wire equivalents.  You can challenge your credit card transaction or claim your card was stolen that leaves the agency on the hook guaranteeing the transaction.
