Central Arlington BRRRR!!
Howdy!
I just closed on my second house in Central Arlington TX. Purchase price was 92k, putting 32k into it. Doing a hard money loan so we put 21k down at closing. ARV 155k, planning on refinancing and renting hopefully by August 1st. Should have about 25k in equity after the refi, not a bad deal for Arlington! Any advice or questions are welcome!!
Also I am thinking about starting a BP Meet Up here in central Arlington, would anyone be interested?? I'm going to do another post about it specifically but just curious if anyone sees this and is interested please comment or message me!
