Nashville, TN area. Duplex/4plexs
I've been looking for duplex or 4plex deals in the Nashville, TN area. I don't see a lot of duplexs for sale, and a real estate/property manager told me that there weren't many duplex opportunities in the Nashville area. For some reason they aren't real popular. The few I found were not in areas I would invest. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Check out East Nashville, but honestly Nashville is so hot here that there is not really an area that I would stay away from. Only area that comes to mind that I would not invest is Napier homes, but their are plenty of people who would disagree with me.
