Virtual Assistant Training Material
I would like to hire a virtual assistant to handle inbound phone traffic. I have read numerous posts on this forum and elsewhere that suggest a number of people are having great success using VA's for this purpose. However, I cannot find any training material or a process that is clearly outlined on how to hire and train a VA for this purpose. Ideally, this individual would complete the intake process, update the CRM, conduct basic property research, and determine if there is a sufficient level of motivation to set an appointment. Some of the tasks are as simple as reading a script, but others are more intuitive. I have considered the call center option like Pat Live, but I would prefer to have the phone answered by one or two people who can be regularly coached and held accountable. I have had good results hiring VA's in the past to do research, build lists, etc.. but never to directly interact with customers. I am also concerned about reliability. Does anyone have any VA training material they could share or direct me to that would streamline the process. Can anyone recommend a VA or VA service that can help me accomplish this?
