Newest flip: Help me determine why NO showings/calls
I have done many flips and know the area well. But, I am perplexed at our newest flip to hit the market. It came on Friday 5/5 and we have had no showings. Normally, I would say the price is too high of course but there are comps to support it in this subdivision.
Further, the days on market in this area are very low. We are not FHA seasoned yet (5/14) but we haven't even had calls which leads me to believe the price is too high even though there are comps.
Should we immediately lower the price or wait a week or so? As stated, if the price is right in this area, the house would've had multiple offers by now.
