Looking to invest in south bend, Indiana

Hello bp community, Does anyone have any experience investing in rental properties in south bend, indiana? I own a few properties throughout the Chicago suburbs and I'm looking for a new market. Can anyone tell me if they know of any good realtors, property management companies, contractors, handymen in south bend? I'm looking to build a team to possibly start investing there. Also is there city investor friendly? I would really appreciate any feedback on any of my many questions. Thanks everyone.
