Who pays for a perk test?
I am a pretty new wholesaler and have a couple pieces of vacant land available. One of my biggest issues is a the septic. I finally have a buyer who is really interested in one of the properties buy in order for him to buy he wants a perk test done.
Who pays for this? Me, him, or the original seller?

The buyer is the one that wants it, so he pays. Although anything in life is negotiable.
