BP is a great resource however most people on here are looking to full emulate a contributing community. I would suggest filling out your profile completely and searching through the forums prior to asking for information. I only ay this so that you will get a better response. No picture , no profile, no one knows who you are or what you're doing and are therefore less likely to post a response. All in all you can't treat BP users like Google.

To answer your question, I would say what are your goals in flipping? what's your budget? How much rehab are you looking for? There area lot of variables that make certain areas good for certain people and bad for others.
