Hey everyone, I have been trying to get in the game of buying, rehab, sell and unfortunately cannot get an offer excepted. I am doing all cash offers and even offering over asking price. I am using a buyers agent and I have a feeling the selling agents are ignoring the offers to bump their commission. Not sure where I'm going wrong..any ideas!?
