Hi everyone, wondering if anyone could share some insight on what neighborhoods in New Jersey are good for buying and holding or flipping? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

@Nick M. - I am currently buying Rental Properties in Trenton NJ.  The prices are still very good, the eviction process is fair, and the rents are strong.  As with any city, I strongly recommend you get to know where you are going to invest.   As any city has variations block by block and getting to know that is important.

Good Luck,

Stephen Chatto.
