Hi,

Do you guys have any advice for me.  I am thinking of selling my turnkey properties in Memphis and Houston.  What do you guys think is the best approach to get a "fair" price.

when we sell our properties, we work with a local real estate agent to determine the highest price the market will allow then adjust it as needed or as negotiated. But these are retail SFH. If you are using a property management company, I'd ask them and try to sell off market.
