Newbie Questions on property while not at home.

Hello,

I'm new to this and planning on starting soon. However I am based outside of the country I want to invest in and won’t live there or can't for the next few years.

I am planning on investing in rental properties.

Do I find a property management company?

Do I look for individuals that list it as their job?

How do I go about screening them?

Is there a forum for this or a guide here?

Thank you in advance for any feedback.

Cheers,

P.

I would use a turnkey company if I were you. One that can provide a fully rehabbed house with a tenant in place and then manage the property for you while you are not here. Less headache for you altogether.
