Hello folks, I'm relatively knew to the BP community. Very exciting.

I'm looking at a 3Bed/1.5Ba single family house to buy/rehab/rent out in the Dineen Park area in Milwaukee. I'm from New York and this is going to be a turnkey, can anybody provide feedback about the Dineen Park area. Is it considered a nice part of Milwaukee? Will I be renting it out easily?

Thank you

It's a middle of the road area. Not the best, far from the worst. Mix of rentals and owner occupied homes. If you have a decent rental over there, it should rent out no problem. Can probably easily get $1,000 per month

@Alex Landau my office is near there on 69th & Capitol. I think you will be able to find many qualified applicants. Shouldn't have any problems there.

Good luck,

@Alex Landau another New Yorker down in the Mill.  Congrats on choosing a good cash flow market.   Landlord/Tenant laws aren't so bad either.  Best of luck to you over in the Dineen Park area.
