Going half on a deal with someone that's married
Hello all,
After buying my first rental, I was approached by another investor that's interested in purchasing a buy & hold with me. The idea is for each of us to put half of the down payment.
Being that she is married, does her husband have to be on the deed and/or mortgage? (We are in Florida and the property will be in Florida)
Thanks,
Andy
