BRRRR Bank for North Texas Area
Josh and Brandon always talk about the BRRRR method on their podcast (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat) so I'm looking for a bank that will work with me on this strategy. I have a couple years experience and own a few properties already. I'm wanting to use cash to purchase a home and then find a bank that will do a cash-out for me around 30 days after closing - once the home is fixed and rented out. Ideally I would want the loan to be 100% loan to cost or 90% loan to appraised value or something similar to that so I could pull out all of the money I originally invested.
Does anyone know of a lender in Dallas/North TX that could do something like this? Thanks!
