I'm hoping this post doesn't violate protocol - I'm buying, not selling.

I'm looking for a cash flowing 3- to 4-flat with one vacant unit where the occupied units currently pay all the building's expenses, including debt service. Objective: "house-hack".

Prefer Lombard / Villa Park area, but will consider anything from Arlington Heights to Lemont and from the Des Plaines River to the Fox River.
