Rental property has small kids bedrooms

Hi All,

We found a property we like that has everything we were looking for in a rental property.

0. Numbers work

1. Completely ready

2. Anxious Sellers

3. Laminate Floors

4. Storm Shelter

5. Good size master bed and bath with 2 closets and whirlpool tub

6. Open Floor plan

7. Also has a sunroom which was not something we were looking for but a plus

The bad:  The kids bedrooms are really small.  Made for a twin bed and a dresser, might take a full bed but would feel tight.

The question:  Will it be hard to rent with the small bedrooms?
